This multiplexer is used for splitting signal among multiple receivers. It is advised to use it if a passive splitter causes the signal level is too low. The device has four outputs. Power supply is not included. The splitter is powered through No. 4 output from another equipment, or with 12V power supply with RF/DC separator.
