The ATR-4 receiver cooperates with ATT-4 transmitter. The set ("UTP transceiver") allows to transmit video signal from four CCTV cameras over longer distances (up to 2000m), via typical twisted pair cable (UTP/FTP/STP - category 5).
ATR-4 consists of four video receivers (channels) with independent adjustment of gain and contrast correction.
The receiver can also cooperate with passive video transformers used for long-range video transmission via twisted pair cables.

The device has been equipped with LEDs:
- red - POWER ON
- green - video signal (each channel)

- Brightness - adjustment of output signal level
