Due to special design, the lens ensures very good cooperation with IR illuminators. In night mode and IR lighting, the camera equipped with the lens brings significantly sharper images than in the case of standard lenses.
It is an auto-iris lens (DC Drive) with manual focal length control. The length is adjustable from 2.8 to 12 mm. This range allows fast and easy selection of desirable angle of view. For instance, the angle of view of a camera with a 1/3" sensor can be adjusted from 82 deg to about 23 deg.
