Megapixel camera ULTICAM DS-852MF-E is equipped with 1/3" CMOS sensor. Its native resolution is 1600x1200 (UXGA). With a F1.2 lens, the camera has sensitivity 0.5 lx. It can cooperate with a varifocal lens (without AI) with C/CS mount.

The ULTICAM DS-852MF-E camera provides MPEG-4 video stream. The camera can send images of UXGA resolution at 12.5 fps, or HD720p, SVGA (800x600) and lower-resolution video at 25 fps

The camera allows to define 15 levels of access rights.

Apart from resolution and frame rate, the user can set:

• image quality,
• kind of frame,
• type of stream,
• bitrate parameters,
• repeatability of "I" frames,
• maximum bitrate - aside from the preset values, it can be set freely, up to 8 Mbps.

Configuration of the device is performed via Internet browser.

The camera has been equipped with the following connectors/interfaces:

• LAN - RJ-45
• BNC video output,
• 2 x JACK (audio in / audio out),
• RS485 - terminal block,
• two alarm connectors (in/out) - terminal block,
• RJ45 socket (Ethernet and PoE),
• SD flash memory card slot,
• grounding connector.

The camera can cooperate with Pan-Tilt devices that are controlled through the RS485 interface. There are over 80 PTZ protocols available. The built-in hardware motion detection enables the operator to define monitored areas and sensitivity.

Any alarm (change of the state of alarm input) can generate:

• OSD info,
• alarm sound,
• action triggered by alarm output.

The device:

• is based on RTOS Linux,
• supports TCP/IP, UDP, RTP, Multicast, PPPoE, and RTSP protocols,
• utilizes NAS technology - direct streaming to Network Attached Storage.
