Application
The CA-310 amplifier is used to amplify and distribute TV and FM radio signals. This model is a typical one, designed for the use in small and medium size community installations. It has three band inputs, two main outputs, and additional test output (-30 dB) used to couple a measuring device or spectrum analyzer. The amplifier supplements the group of CA-210 R90460, CA-215 R90461, AI-200 R90450.
Installation and security notes
- CA-310 is powered directly from the mains (built-in AC/DC adapter).
- Not designed to be used outdoors.
- Cannot be placed in wet conditions nor close to heaters etc.
- It is required to ensure natural ventilation. Due to risk of damage, all connections have to be checked before switching on power.
- CA-310 can power preamplifier (through UHF1 input) with 24 V DC (max 50 mA).
- Powering of preamplifier is switched on automatically.
The unused main output must be closed with 75 ohm resistor, e.g. R66200.
