or the environment does not allow to use wireless connectivity
or the environment does not allow to use wireless connectivity
Distinguishing features:
- Compatibility with HomePlug AV,
- Data transfer rate up to 85Mbps,
- Plug&Play installation,
- Small size.
The user needs as many units as the number of the AC power outlets that are to be simultaneously used as the nodes of the computer network.
TP-LINK TL-PA111 is another "wireless" solution providing Internet connectivity in homes and small businesses, offices etc. Thanks to Plug and Play operation it is easy to use. The solution utilizes the existing electrical wiring to build Ethernet network. It allows to extend the network to any point in the apartment, house, office etc. where exists a power outlet, without the need of installing new Ethernet cable/s or experimenting with "purely wireless" network.
The device is compatible with TP-LINK TL-PA101 (85Mbps) N3350.

The unit is really very small
It is very easy to install the TP-LINK TL-PA111 adapters. The "first" one should be connected to the router (with the included network patch cable) and plugged into the nearest power outlet. The second/next adapter is to be connected via its patch cable to the computer in the second/next room and plugged into the nearby power outlet. The maximum length of the electrical wires between the outermost points of the network cannot exceed 200 m. All outlets should use the same branch (phase) of the power network.
