Digital entry system using PAK-01000 unit can service 1 to 999 premises. This main unit provides the only sensible solution for bigger apartment houses of 96 or more apartments. ALCAD brand guarantees reliable operation. Power supply ALC-070 (S962014), power supply ALA-040 (S962001), set of uniphones TED-001 (S960007), and electric door opener ABR-001/2/3/4 complete the full system.
After installation of the set all the uniphones have to be programmed (two people are needed), according to the procedure below:
1. Open the casing of the programmed uniphone
2. Move the switch from OFF to ON position
3. A constant tone can be heard
4. Press the "open door" button
5. There is phone link between the uniphone and unit
6. Second person has to enter the number assigned to the uniphone. It should be confirmed with "call" button
7. Ringing tone can be heard from the unit
8. To test the link the second person enters the number again and confirms with "call" button
9. Both the unit and uniphone ring
10. Move the switch from ON to OFF position - the programming of the uniphone has been completed
11. The procedure from 1 to 10 has to be repeated for the rest of uniphones.

Modification of the settings of the unit
To enter the menu, simultaneously press the arrow keys and input the default password: 12345. It will be confirmed by displaying "ALCAD" .
The items in the menu are accessible by moving the cursor with arrow keys. Change of desired function is performed by pressing "call" button (blinking), and selecting the function with the arrow keys. Confirmation - by pressing the "call" key again.
To leave the menu, ALCAD function has to be selected.
