Remote client software enables simultaneous unlimited access to the archives and live images from up to 64 cameras. Additionally, VDR-C Mobile application enables the clients to connect to the system via mobile devices equipped with Symbian or Windows Mobile OS.
The archive menu is both simple to use and advanced tool for managing archive video and audio files. Recordings from each camera have their own time list (or line) that enables the user to find the file in question. Such list includes event records triggered by motion detection, so it is easy to track any moving objects in the field of view of a camera.
In the camera configuration menu, NetStation allows to set parameters for each camera and its transmission channel. Motion detection settings can be adjusted using mask editor and choosing optimum sensitivity level in relation to current conditions.
Aside from regular archives, the system enables the operator to create album with screenshots from any cameras. They can be immediately printed on a standard printer. Another way of transferring the data is conversion to popular AVI format. Such files can be played on any computer, without additional software.
ULTISYSTEM allows to use PTZ cameras. It has been equipped with all popular protocols, as well as with possibility of adding next positions or editing new ones. The cameras can be controlled by keyboard, mouse, or USB joystick K9153.
An important feature of this software is support for audio recording. It may be very helpful to use "sound detection"- possibility of triggering recording by noise etc. before any motion has been detected.
All parameters associated with recording can be put into scheduler. This application helps to organize and manage the system. Among various options there is possibility of automatic connection with chosen client station in case of an alarm.
For surveillance systems with large number of cameras one can utilize e-maps. This application allows to present graphically deployment of the cameras on a map or site/building plan. The e-map shows not only locations of the cameras, but also all associated information - alarms, lack of connection etc.
ULTISYSTEM can manage up to 64 channels on one server.
