The stabilized power supply unit is designed to supply equipment demanding stabilized voltage of 12 VDC. The linear stabilizing system incorporated in the unit provides voltage with less noise and shorter response time to any changes than in the case of a switching regulator.
The unit has 5 outputs separately fused with 500mA cut-outs. A failure (short circuit/overloading) in the circuit of any output will result in blowing the fuse element and disconnecting the faulty circuit from the other ones. Voltage presence at the outputs of the power supply unit is indicated by LEDs on the front panel.
The output voltage is preset at the production stage to 12 V. For installations with considerable voltage drops across the resistance of the wires, it is possible to adjust the voltage level with a trim pot. The power supply unit has been designed according to the EU EMC and LVD requirements.
