Terrestrial TV installation diagram - single family home

Diagram of basic installation for single family homes. The user can receive any terrestrial TV program from each antenna outlet in the house. The antenna and diplexer are installed on the roof, the amplifier and splitter in the attic. There is possible further expansion of the system by adding SAT equipment. While building a new home or during renovating or upgrading the old one, the user should remember about cabling to every room where TV-SAT outlets are to be installed. It is also a good idea to make a little investment in high quality SAT cable. Such a design will provide opportunity for the system expansion as well as it will help the user to avoid future problems. All the cables should be led out to one central point in the attic where they are connected to splitter(s) or tap(s).
