TR-4 is designed for video signal transmission from 4 different cameras via one twisted pair cable. The device adapts the impedance of a coax cable, 75ohm, to the impedance of an out-cable ensuring video signal transmission over a distance up to 300 m. When the maximum cable length is used, a slight decrease in video quality may occur owing to the interfering properties of the cable being used. The decrease is comparable with that typical for common coaxial cable. Any four-pair twisted pair can be used.

TR-4 is a device that does not require any power supply. 2 devices are needed for building the complete video-transmission system. The set includes RJ-45(8-pin) plug.
