Router TP-Link TD-W8920G enables the user to share Internet connection supplied by telephone operator in ADSL technology (Annex A). Its ADSL modem is compatible with ADSL/ADSL2/ADSL2+ protocols, and the Access Point can work in IEEE802.11b/g standards. The device has been also equipped with 4-port switch, and its WAN port (R11) is to be directly connected with phone line.

TP-Link TD-W8920G offers a number of means for protection of WLAN:

SSID hiding, enabling connections only for the stations with preset SSID,
64/128/152-bit WEP, WPA/WPA2, WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK and TKIP/AES.

An advantage of TD-W8920G, being completely compatible with IEEE802.11g, is "eXtended Range" - the technology of TP-LINK company that allows 2-3 larger range in 802.11b mode, and even 4-9 increase for 802.11g. Additionally, the employed Super G technology enables the user to reach even 108 Mbps transmission speed.

TD-W8920G ensures advanced access control, NAT, and its DHCP server supports static assignment of IP addresses. It is possible to use virtual servers, DMZ, remote managing and logging.

The TD-W8920G router is easily manageable with any web browser. The device needs only simple configuration and ensures very good stability.
