Directional antenna is needed when client station is situated a long way from the base station. It can also be used for point-to-point links. It has technical opinion stated by Laboratory of Technical Inspection of Telecommunication Equipment (Institute for Telecommunication Sciences, no. 042/2005).
The antenna uses radiator situated in front of parabolic, openwork screen. It is made of aluminum and stainless steel. It is equipped with the bracket enabling both vertical and horizontal mounting, according to the needs (polarization). The diameter of a mast should be between 20-35 mm. The antenna cable is terminated with N socket.
