The Iiyama PLC1911-S LCD monitor has been specially designed for CCTV applications (5:4 aspect ratio, audio and video inputs, VGA input for modern DVRs, native resolution of 1280*1024 pixels). Its two BNC video inputs have also loop-through outputs, typical for professional video monitors.

The use of widescreen monitors or monitors with physical resolutions not compatible with the image formats provided by DVRs definitely degrades the image quality (blur, distorted image proportions) and may hinder the identification of people, event analysis etc.

The PLC1911-S monitor has a 19" LCD-TFT matrix with aspect ratio of 5:4 and physical resolution of 1280x1024 pixels (it also supports lower resolutions). The monitor cooperates perfectly with DVRs, such as Atu, Trend 250, Hikvision, Signal, supporting their display modes. Its high dynamic contrast (1000:1) and 5 ms response time ensure clear and blur-free imaging fully exploiting the image quality offered by modern CCTV cameras and digital video recorders.

The monitor is equipped with analog D-Sub (VGA) input and two BNC video inputs, so it can be connected even to three devices (signal sources). The current source is selected by pressing front panel buttons or via OSD menu. The menu also allows adjustment of all picture parameters. Instead, auto mode option can automatically adjust the parameters to the input signal.

Thanks to audio input and built-in speakers (stereo 2x 1 W), the monitor can also support audio functions. The RCA inputs (L + R) are located on the rear panel. The rear panel also includes two BNC loop-through video outputs (corresponding to the respective BNC inputs) and power ON/OFF switch.

Using the latest technology, the monitor in Power Management mode consumes only 1 W. In normal operation mode it needs 19 W.
The monitor can be hung on a wall with the use of the mount (VESA 100 x 100 mm).
