Radial multiswitches of MSR series are dedicated for small (4-16 outlets) and medium size (17-70 outlets) subscriber systems (SMATV) with distribution of SAT IF and terrestrial TV signals. The multiswitches have to work inside buildings. In the case of larger systems there will be needed splitters and taps of SS-5XX to split the distribution line.

Multiswitch from well known Terra company that specializes in manufacturing professional RF equipment. The device has been designed for distributing satellite signals to a number of users (SMATV systems). High manufacturing standards, stability, reliability - make Terra multiswitches leading market products. They can cooperate with all satellite platforms.
An important advantage of MSR-5XX multiswitches is diversification of signal levels at different groups of outputs. It allows to compensate the differences in attenuation of various lengths of cables that have to be used in the installation - we can get similar levels in all outlets. Additionally, the multiswitches compensate cable characteristics (provide higher levels for higher frequencies).
The device is powered with 220-240 VAC power network. All precautions for working with dangerous voltages should be observed!

- 14 V DC at V, lo and V, Hi
- 12 V DC at terrestrial signal input, suitable for powering an antenna preamplifier
The device is powered with 220-240V AC power network. All obligatory precautions for working with dangerous live voltages should be obeyed.
Unused outputs of multiswitches have to be terminated with DC-isolated resistors.
