The included accessories
Ubiquiti NanoBeam M5 is an 802.11n MIMO 2x2 access point operating in 5 GHz band. Thanks to unique solutions, the small-factor device provides exceptional performance. The built-in MIMO 2x2 antenna integrated with wireless module (InnerFeed) has 19 dBi gain. The casing made of UV resistant plastic is resistant to even the most severe weather conditions. The device features built-in surge protection.

Ubiquiti NanoBeam M5 can operate in Router or Bridge mode. Its wireless interface supports Access Point, Access Point WDS, Client, and Client WDS modes. The device is compatible with MikroTik RouterOS platform.
AirMax™ TDMA protocol allows for elimination of "hidden nodes" problem by allocating for them time slots (TDMA) for collision-free communication. It enables maximum throughput even with dozens of client stations connected to the access point. Additionally, the included AirControl application can be used for central management of up to 100 devices.
The use of the mounting kit

The way of mounting offers the freedom of three-axis alignment. No screws are required for pole mounting (only a hose clamp), and only a single wall screw (not included) is needed for wall mounting.
