The LVUPS-140-UN1-OF is a universal buffer module designed for use with 12 V or 24 V vehicle installations. It makes it possible to connect an additional battery to the existing vehicle electrical system and simultaneously supply power to consumer devices such as mobile DVRs, IP cameras or other network devices.
The main task of the module is to maintain power supply to the devices even when the engine is switched off. This makes it possible to carry out monitoring both while driving and while stationary, without the risk of discharging the vehicle's main battery.

The LVUPS-140-UN1-OF module automatically detects the operating state of the vehicle (ignition/rest) based on the supply voltage. While the vehicle is running, the additional battery is charged and, when the vehicle is stopped, it takes over as the power source for connected devices.
The system can be used with either a 12V or 24V installation. Depending on the type of battery connected, the same voltage is available at the inverter output as is present in the additional battery.
