MS SIGNAL PRO series multiswitches have been designed for use in small, medium and large RTV+SAT installations in multi-family buildings. They can also be used in smaller domestic installations. High output signal levels (88 dBµV for the radio/DVB-T2 path and 100 dBµV for the SAT path) guarantee stable system operation. Thanks to their robust construction, high quality components and stable performance, SIGNAL PRO multiswitches guarantee excellent signal quality throughout the installation. MS SIGNAL PRO multiswitches can be mounted in RACK cabinets using RackBoard ZMB-1-800 R77105 or in TPR-8 R90553 housing.
SIGNAL PRO multiswitches are a series of professional pass-through multiswitches. They can be used to build a cascade of up to 5 devices (without a multiswitch bus amplifier), providing 95 dBµV of satellite and terrestrial signals at the input of the first multiswitch. This gives great flexibility in adapting the system to facilities of different sizes. With a typical SAT IF signal level from a quatro converter at 80 dBµV, it is recommended to use the MS-900 SIGNAL PRO R69900 bus amplifier when cascading more than three multiswitches. The system includes multiswitches distributing signals from two satellite positions (8 cables) and terrestrial TV and radio (1 cable) having the following number of outputs: 16 R69916, 24 R69924, 32 R69932. This means that in the case of a cascade of five multiswitches, the system will supply a maximum of to 160 outlets.
The zinc and aluminium alloy connector panels provide:

MS SIGNAL PRO switches can function as terminal multiswitches - it is then sufficient to terminate the pass-through outputs with 75 Ohm load resistors with DC blocking R66205.
When cascading SIGNAL PRO multiswitches, it is possible to power the whole set from one DC 20 V/2.5 A power supply, which is included in each multiswitch. This type of power supply allows for stable and safe operation of up to 4 multiswitches at the same time, which simplifies installation, reduces the number of components needed and reduces the cost of the RTV-SAT system. Importantly, this power supply also provides the voltage needed for the operation of two QUATRO converters, so there is no need for additional power sources.

This allows the installer to quickly and conveniently check the correctness of the signal in each output point of the multiswitch. In multi-outlet installations it is recommended to use satellite dish with 120 cm diameter model DPL-120 and high-class Quattro Black Ultra LNB by Inverto A98266. Such a set guarantees stable reception regardless of atmospheric conditions and a reserve of signal power in the case of installations based on cascading equipment.
| HIGH EFFICIENCY OF SCREENING. The multiswitch is designed for maximum signal protection against external interference. Through the use of cast connector panels, the unit effectively eliminates the effects of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and unwanted signals from the environment. This design ensures undisturbed transmission of satellite and terrestrial signals, even in difficult installation conditions especially in environments exposed to a high intensity of radio signals, e.g. in the vicinity of GSM, Wi-Fi or LTE transmitters. | |
| Zinc and aluminium alloy housing. The zinc-aluminium alloy housing is characterised by high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, which is important for installations exposed to varying environmental conditions (e.g. in technical shafts, cellars, attics).
