NETSET cables are compliant with Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and EN 50575 harmonized European standard that specifies reaction to fire performance requirements, test and assessment methods for electric cables used for the supply of electricity and for control and communication purposes, which are intended for use in construction works and subject to performance requirements on reaction to fire.
NETSET BOX F/UTP category 5e screened twisted pair cable E1517_305 is the highest quality twisted pair cable designed for professional installations in outdoor conditions. The screen made of aluminium foil to a greater extent allows to eliminate crosstalk and interference from the external environment. The outer sheath is made of polyethylene (PE) resistant to solar UV radiation and humidity. The cable is used for making outdoor installations, run in the ground, in cable ducts.

The manufacturer guarantees stability of cable parameters at least for 15 years, on the condition that the cable is packed, transported, installed, and used according to adequate European standards (among others E-79100 and EN 50174-1), within the permissible environmental conditions.
The NETSET BOX F/UTP CAT 5e E1517_1 cable can be used in a wide temperature range: -20oC...+50oC, and installed between -30oC and +50 oC.
