Ceiling IP camera: Hikvision DS-2CD6825G0/C-IS with counting function

The Hikvision DS-2CD6825G0/C-IS K01764 is an IP camera with smart image analysis designed to control the flow of people in real time. It is distinguished by high accuracy (98%) achieved with the use of advanced artificial intelligence algorithms and the stereoscopic effect (two lenses).
The camera is mounted above the passage to be monitored, to count the numbers of people with differentiation of movement direction (entering and leaving). A virtual zone is created in the camera configuration, the exceeding of which causes the counter change. The dual lens design is able to determine the height of objects. Therefore, people of up to a specified height (e.g. children) can be excluded from counting. The people detection is based on deep learning algorithms and ensures high accuracy even when there are more people in the passage.
The number of people can be overlaid on the image or displayed on external devices. The data is collected in the built-in memory and can be accessed in the form of daily, monthly and yearly statistics, in the form of charts and as raw data (xls).

The counting camera is ideal for commercial facilities, where it notifies about exceeding the set limit of customers. That can be notified by a change in the color of the stack light connected to the alarm output of the camera or NVR (ECO solution). The HIGH-END solution with the Series I NVR enables visualization of the number of people on the monitor (the number of people and the limit available, color scheme indicating when the limit of customers is exceeded). For more entrances and exits, a system based on the Series I NVR can be created or the Hik-Central software can be used.
