DS-2CD2347G2-LU(C) is an EasyIP 4.0 series ceiling IP camera from Hikvision that combines two key technologies ColorVu and AcuSense (2nd gen). With ColorVu technology, the camera can capture color images round the clock while retaining important identification details. The AcuSense technology increases the effectiveness of the surveillance system by eliminating false and nuisance alarms through human/vehicle object filtering. The camera is equipped with a 1/1.8" Progressive Scan CMOS sensor with a resolution of 4 MP featuring very high sensitivity and ability to capture images in low light conditions. The camera features an ultra-bright F1.0 lens with a focal length of 2.8mm, which enables viewing angles of 112°. Built-in microphone enables sound recording. In extreme conditions, a white light illuminator with a range of up to 40 m can automatically turn on and illuminate the scene to provide good quality color images. Support for the legacy and latest H.265(+) compression methods allows for the archiving time of recordings to be extended while maintaining excellent image quality and backward compatibility. Additional functions to help improve image quality including: AGC, 3D-DNR, WDR (130 dB), BLC, HLC and built-in image analytics (VCA) based on a deep learning algorithm, allows you to use the camera for advanced projects. The IP67 rated housing protects the inside electronic components from adverse weather conditions. The camera can be powered conventionally with 12 VDC or through PoE (compliant with the 802.802.3af standard).
The dark cover of the night invites thieves and criminals. Traditional night-vision cameras with an IR illuminator fail to provide any information on color, which is often of key importance for many scenarios and data analysis. To address the problem, Hikvision has introduced a new series of ColorVu cameras able to record color footage around the clock.
Its remarkable features are due to two key hardware technologies. The first is the super-bright F1.0 aperture lens, which delivers 4 times more light to the sensor compared to a conventional camera with an F2.0 aperture lens. Another one is the use of a large-size sensor that is equipped with the latest technology to provide bright and colorful images in almost any lighting conditions. The camera also features a white light LED illuminator (which can be disabled in the camera menu) that can turn on automatically in very dark scene conditions.

The EasyIP 4.0 Series camera ColorVu combindes two key technologies: ColorVu and AcuSense (II gen.). AcuSense is based on deep learning algorithms, enabling classification of targets based on human silhouette and vehicle using intelligent VCA analysis such as motion detection (AcuSense 2nd gen), intrusion detection, line crossing, area entry and exit. With accurate recognition, the system can filter out up to 90% of false alarm events (e.g. animals, rain, cobwebs, moving leaves, etc.) which significantly increases the accuracy and efficiency of alarming and contributes to lower labor costs. With the ability to display a color image in all conditions, ColorVu cameras allow you to record all the details in the monitored scene. Withe AcuSense series DVR , you can fully use the possibilities of the Easy IP 4.0 series. By connecting any camera that does not support AcuSense (e.g. ColorVu) and AcuSense cameras to any number of channels, you can filter out false alarms, classify and quickly search for events by silhouette of a person or vehicle. Compression is a very important parameter proving the device advancement. The better the compression, the lower the bandwidth requirement with the same subjective quality. H.265 (HEVC - High Efficiency Video Coding) is currently the most efficient compression method. Compared to its predecessor (H.264), it reduces the data stream and the demand for disk capacity by half. Therefore, hard drives with a halved capacity can be used, or recordings can be stored for twice as long. Its improved version H.265+ has been optimized for use in CCTV monitoring systems. They allow for further reduction of data streams.

iVMS-4200 is client software dedicated to the management and supervision of Hikvision security systems, such as recorders (IP, TurboHD), video intercoms, access control, set-top boxes, etc. The software allows you to easily and conveniently monitor all systems by offering viewing from IP cameras, remote playback of recordings, remote configuration, handling of alarm events, two-way audio transmission, e-map support, recording to a HDD and many more.
Hikvision devices can be operated via mobile phones with Android or iOS using the dedicated Hik-Connect mobile application. It can be used for remote live viewing from DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, video intercoms over the WiFi, 2G or 3G and to view saved recordings. Operating video intercoms with the application provides also remote opening of the electric strike, receiving notifications and transferring calls from the entrance panel to the phone in the absence of the subscriber. The application supports connectivity over IP and a P2P cloud. Hik-Connect is also the name of the cloud service that provides access to devices in the absence of an external IP address.

SADP (Search Active Device Protocol) is a free, easy-to-use utility designed to search for Hikvision IP cameras and DVRs/NVRs in the local network. The network device search tool can also be used to modify device network parameters, e.g. to change or recover default passwords.
