OKR-3 is a tool for incising the outer sheath of fiber optic cables with diameters from 4 to 6 mm.
The tool has an element for adjusting the depth at which the blade is to cut into the outer sheath of the cable. It can also be used to cut DAC cables with diameter not exceeding 5 mm.
