TRISET cables are compliant with Construction Products Regulation (CPR) and EN 50575 harmonized standard that specifies reaction to fire performance requirements, test and assessment methods for electric cables used for the supply of electricity and for control and communication purposes, which are intended for use in construction works and subject to performance requirements on reaction to fire.
The TRISET PROFI E1010 75 ohm coaxial cable has been examined by L.S. Fire Testing Institute Srl notified body (NB 2479) and got Eca classification according to EN 13501-6 (reaction to fire).
TRISET-PROFI 75 ohm coaxial cable complies with the EN50117 standard and A++ class requirements in the whole 5...2400 MHz transmission frequency range.
Triset PROFI E1010_100 has 83% copper braid coverage, which is an important factor for high screening efficiency guarantying protection of the signals from external interference, and negligible electromagnetic radiation.
TRISET PROFI E1010 cable has been designed for broadband networks. Due to its construction (double foil, tinned copper braid with a high degree of coverage), it ensures very high screening efficiency in the return channel band, defined in the 5-30 MHz frequency range as transfer impedance, <0.9 mΩ/m. This feature is especially important in HFC/CATV networks providing access to the Internet.
Very high screening efficiency, on average 120 dB in the whole 30-2400 MHz band, makes this cable ideal for large multiswitch systems with multiple cables arranged in parallel. The tinned copper braid provides resistance to oxidation and increases the life of the cable with respect to solutions based on aluminum braid.
The cable is manufactured under strict technological discipline, with tight tolerances.
In order to secure the minimum bend radius, flush mounted installations should be done with the use of protective tubes.

The increase of attenuation after the accelerated aging test (IEC68-2-3) is below 5%
Coaxial cables undergo a natural aging process which results in increasing attenuation. The quality of a cable in the process of accelerated aging is tested according to IEC68-2-3 standard. The Triset cable passed the test and its quality is guaranteed by a 5-year warranty.
