n-cam IR 640 + IR camera captures high resolution video (600 TVL) by using high-tech imaging technology and special processing algorithms. Due to enhanced resolution it provides high-quality images with fine detail.
n-cam 680 + IR camera is equipped with highest quality 1/3'' Super HAD II CCD sensor + New CP DSP from SONY. This sensor is an improved version of SONY Super HAD CCD. The new sensor provides much better results than the predecessor - mainly in low-light conditions, where it ensures better colors and higher sensitivity. Below we present two pictures from cameras equipped with the two kinds of image sensors.

Due to this very good 1/3" Super HAD CCD II sensor + New CP DSP the camera is very sensitive (0.01 lx - IR OFF) and provides video with resolution of 600 TVL. High picture quality is guaranteed during the day and night. The built-in varifocal lens (2.8-12 mm) allows to adjust optimum viewing angle within 16o to 87o. The images obtained from the camera reflect true colors and allow to see small details, the edges of objects are sharp. The camera is very well prepared for operation in difficult lighting conditions. Due to high sensitivity of the camera, color images are free of "snow" even in relatively low lighting.
The camera has a built-in IR illuminator (42 LEDs) with range of 25-30 meters. The illuminator allows operation even in complete darkness. It switches on automatically when light intensity falls below 3 lx, and the camera continues operation in B/W mode. Additionally, the level of IR illumination can be adjusted with the "LED LEVEL" trim pot located on the bottom of the camera.
The IR reflector range depends on the type of illuminated objects/surfaces (reflectance in the infrared range).
At the bottom of the camera there is VIDEO TEST output that allows to monitor the camera image without disconnecting the main path. The output is particularly useful when adjusting the varifocal lens and image sharpness. At the bottom of the camera housing there are also knobs for focus and focal length adjustments.
The camera can operate outdoors (IP66). It is equipped with cables terminated with standard connectors: video - BNC, power - 2.1/5.5 socket. The cables can be placed in the bracket.
