The camera has Night Vision function. In low light (3 lx or less) it switches into B/W mode.

Due to advanced filter control - mechanically switching IR filter - the camera ensures accurate color reproduction in Day mode.

The scene can be illuminated with IR lamp, which enables operation in total darkness. The lamp has to be carefully adjusted (beam and power) for proper cooperation with the mechanically switching IR filter.
The camera has been equipped with vandal proof housing. The base is made of metal, the dome of polycarbonate.
Auto Iris lens (DC) allows to use the camera in toughest lighting conditions (from direct sunlight to very low light).
The lens enables focal length adjustment from 4 to 9 mm, which is equivalent to changing viewing angle from 62 to 30 degrees.
The camera has several micro switches (accessible after taking off the dome and rear cover):
  • AWB
  • Video/DC
  • BLC
  • NightView
  • ES
Default settings: all switches are in ON position (for the Video/DC - it means DC).
NOTICE: It is recommended not to change the settings, unless required by a specific environment/task.
