The Dahua NVR5432-EI2 is a representative of the new generation of NVR 5 (EI2) Pro Series. This 32-channel IP NVR can record video from IP cameras with up to 32 Mpix resolution. With a high input bitrate of 448 Mbps, it works perfectly with high-resolution cameras. The 4 SATA ports allow the connection of hard drives with a capacity of up to 20 TB each. In the event of memory overflow, automatic overwriting is triggered to prevent loss of the latest data. Built-in USB ports allow you to plug in a pendrive or external drive and copy specific sections to external storage media.
POS devices can be connected to the recorder, allowing data to be archived via both the RS-232 port and the network interface.
Simultaneous, independent image display is possible via the HDMI and VGA ports (each video output can preview other cameras).

Acu Pick
AcuPick is an advanced video analysis function that allows the search and identification of specific objects in recorded footage. The system analyses the subjects' characteristics - such as age, gender, silhouette, moustache or clothing - and saves their metadata. This makes it possible to precisely search the video archive to find all recordings in which a particular object appears. Compared to standard search functions, AcuPick offers higher accuracy and a greater number of analysed object features.
Function ANR

The image from the IP camera is sent to the NVR as a data stream. In the event of a computer network failure (reduction of its bandwidth), the information is irretrievably lost, as the network does not buffer it and the camera cannot resend it. With ANR (Automatic Network Replenishment) enabled, the camera can save recordings to a memory card in the event of connectivity problems with the NVR. When the failure ceases, the recordings are automatically transferred to the recorder. In the event of an interruption in transmission, the operator does not need to take any action to have a complete recording on the recorder. To use it, you must also have a Dahua IP camera equipped with a memory card slot and a microSD card.
H.265 compression (+)
Compression is a very important parameter proving the device advancement. The better the compression, the lower the bandwidth requirement with the same subjective quality. H.265 (HEVC - High Efficiency Video Coding) is currently the most efficient compression method. Compared to its predecessor (H.264), it reduces the data stream and the demand for disk capacity by half. Therefore, hard drives with a halved capacity can be used, or recordings can be stored for twice as long. Its improved version H.265+ has been optimized for use in CCTV monitoring systems. They allow for further reduction of data streams.

PC client software - SmartPSS Lite
SmartPSS Lite (Smart Professional Surveillance System Lite) is an easy-to-use, free software for operating and managing Dahua products on a Windows and macOS computer. The software allows to conveniently carry out remote system configuration and then conduct live monitoring. Its intuitive and functional interface also allows you to view and download recordings, intelligently search, receive alarm events, two-way audio transmission, visualise the system on an e-map or record to your computer's hard drive.
