Redbeam IC40 is the highest class CCTV camera designed for operation in all-weather and all-light conditions. It is equipped with double Redbeam IR LED illuminator, characterized by high output power and very good efficiency (due to comparatively low power consumption). This is achieved through the use of a diode array instead of individual LEDs. It allows for range up to 40 m at half power angle of 45^o.

Redbeam IC40 camera is equipped with high-quality SONY CCD (470 TVL) providing high image quality under all lighting conditions. The outdoor housing allows to install the camera in any environment, which makes the camera a very flexible device.

The pre-installed double IR illuminator uses IR arrays that provide IR beam at 850 nm, with range up to 40 m and half-power beam width of 45^o (total width of 90^o).

The set has been carefully prepared by the manufacturer, which guarantees many years of trouble-free operation. It is enough to mount the camera in a desired location, to ensure power supply (12 VDC), and to pick up the video signal (using coaxial cable, e.g. CAMSET 50 M6050). The focal length of the lens and the beam width of the illuminator are chosen so that the entire area shown by the camera is evenly lit.

The IR illuminators used in the set are smaller than the M1640 model (they are also used in the case of IC35 cameras M1131).
