Application
DVB-Sat-receivers also called "QPSK/PAL converters" enable to receive digital MPEG-2-compressed programs and decode them into the form of signal used by standard TV sets.
This receiver is compliant with PAL D/K norm and allows to program any output channel between 47-894 MHz. The advantage of the model is that its modulator uses VSB-AM method enabling adjacent channels work to distribute programs within an installation.
The device is prepared to work in head stations for small and medium size CATV and SMATV installations.
Installation and security notes
TP-544 receivers are the newest realization of QPSK receiving equipment. They need the compatible power supply FA-310, and fit for mounting in MS-011 frame. The receivers can directly feed converters. All the connections needed to complete the mating installation should be done before the power is switched on. It ought to be remembered that 1 power supply is able to feed up to 4 receivers. The total current drawn by the set of receivers and converters cannot exceed the rated supplier's capacity.
Caution: TP-544 panels require FA-310 power supply!
