Note: The Global Invacom Quad GTU is a replacement for the Triax TVC 06 QUAD receiver described below and has identical specifications. It can be used in systems based on Triax devices.
The receiver/converter has been designed to replicate satellite IF, DVB-T and FM/DAB signals coming in optical form from TOU 232 KIT A9880 transmitter via a passive optical network. The device has 4 outputs allocating the output RF signals as four SAT-IF polarization/band pairs (VL-HL-VH-HH) combined with terrestrial DVB-T + DAB + FM signals.
Key features:
- the TVC 06 A9883 optical receiver is powered directly from the connected tuner (power supply can also be provided by using an external 20 VDC power supply, which is not standard equipment)
- easy to install using the wall-mount plate, the housing layout covers the cables and connectors while ensuring good visibility of the LED indicators
- built-in AGC
- receiver equipped with two LED indicators allowing the user to check the status of the device
