Details
HDMI cable that meets all the requirements of the HDMI 2.0 standard. It has a diameter of 6 mm and a small bending radius (70 mm). The cable is used where high image quality is important.
Transmission via HDMI cable is widely used in TV sets, TV decoders and gaming consoles. In the case of HDMI 2.0, the user can count on the transmission of up to 4K resolution (60 fps) with HDR support (in the case of the popular HDMI 1.4 standard, this was 4K resolution with 30 fps).
The HDMI 2.0 cable allows 4K, 60 fps video transmission. This is only possible when both devices connected via the cable comply with the HDMI v2.0 standard. The cable is compatible with older versions of the standard.
Key features:
- length: 5m
- HDMI v2.0 standard
- cable thickness 6 mm
- plug size is 24 mm at the widest point
- image transmission with maximum resolution of 4096x2160 px
- image transmission in FullHD, UltraHD resolution
- dynamic HDR support
- support for enhanced audio return channel (eARC)
- maximum bandwidth of up to 18 Gbps
- Ethernet channel
The cable is compliant with HDMI v2.0
The eARC channel allows you to stream audio, for example, to a receiver based on an HDMI connection without the need for additional cable (audio) connections. Thanks to the eARC channel, cinematic depth can be achieved when listening to DOLBY ATMOS and DTS:X surround sound. Due to the limitations of the regular ARC channel (HDMI 1.4), only eARC enables processing of these formats.
Dynamic HDR provide a higher contrast ratio and a wider colour space, allowing them to display a more realistic and natural image, closer to how human eyes see. Thanks to the dynamic metadata in the HDR10 standard, the hue mapping curve is adapted to each individual scene. This ensures that each scene is reproduced in an optimal way.
CEC (Consumer Electronics Controls) is a way for devices connected via HDMI cables to communicate and operate. The function allows one device to control the basic functions of another device, such as turning the device off, changing the selected input of the TV, changing the channel as well as the volume. The HDMI CEC function is most commonly used to control or synchronise TVs, soundbars, set-top boxes, games consoles and home cinema sets with each other.
| Display Stream Compression (DSC) is a visually lossless compression technique developed by the Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) used in displays to achieve higher resolutions at higher refresh rates. The cable supports DSC version 1.2. | |
HFR is an image transfer method that provides higher quality 4K (Ultra HD) moving image by increasing the number of frames per second displayed. This makes fast action programmes or sports broadcasts look much more realistic. The HFR technique produces images with smoothly reproduced motion while eliminating blurring and shake.
Variable refresh rate (VRR) reduces or eliminates lag, stuttering and frame tearing for smoother motion in games.
| ===Quick Frame Transport (QFT) reduces latency by transmitting individual images over HDMI as fast as possible. QFT provides a smoother, lag-free gaming experience. | |
Automatic Low Delay Mode (ALLM). The unit automatically switches to low delay mode depending on the playback content. An example is the use of a TV and games console (ALLM-compatible) where speed and lack of delay in the displayed image is important.
