HERMES surface-mounted subscriber outlet, is an element used for connecting fiber optic cable ends in FTTH networks. Ideal solution in places where you have to connect max. 4 users.
With the high level of design, compact size, plastic housing with space for a splitter and the possibility of mounting on a pole and on the wall, the HERMES outlet is successfully used as a termination of FTTH networks both in overhead lines and directly in single- and multi-family housing. The input port allows for the supply of microtube and has a dedicated space for gas seal. It can also conveniently install external cables and DAC. The outlet has a sealed enclosure with class IP54 and a mechanical protection class of IK-10. Capacity for up to 4 SC adapters (without flange) and up to 12 splices.
The outlet is equipped with 2 input ports. One of them allows the insertion of cables and microtubes with a diameter of up to 7 mm, while the other – up to 12 mm, such as E60812.
If you wish to mount the outlet on a pole, or where it is necessary to leave a supply of cable around the outlet, it is recommended to use the SHARK L5308 pole-mounted mirco bracket.
