This article presents example projects of lighting and the line of F&Home Radio modules for lighting control.
Control of two lighting circuits
Functions:
  • switching on and off each lamp circuit using a mobile app or switch on the wall,
  • switching on and off both lamp circuits using a mobile app,
  • lighting level adjustment in each lamp circuit using a mobile app,
  • lighting level adjustment in both lamp circuits using a mobile app.
The control of lighting can be carried out by the application installed on a smartphone, through a web browser or using wall switches.

Project description:
The project uses two rH-D1S2 F1302 modules for connecting two lamp circuits. The control of the circuits is achieved by using the touch screen of a smartphone or other mobile device (the circuits can also be switched on/off by wall switches).
  • Control with wall switches
    • Press the switch in a room to switch on the light
    • Press the switch again to switch off the light
  • Control with the dedicated mobile app
    • To switch on the light in a room, touch the corresponding button for switching on/off the light in the room
    • To switch off the light in the room, touch the button again
    • To adjust the light level in a room, touch the button with lamp symbol and set the brightness level with the slider
    • The light can be switched on/off simultaneously in both rooms with the button on/off in the lowest row
    • To adjust the light level in both rooms simultaneously, touch the button with lamp symbol in the lowest row (ALL) and set the brightness level with the slider
Control of LED strip
Functions:
  • switching on and changing lighting scenes with the switch on the wall
  • switching off the light with the switch on the wall
  • selection of a lighting scene with a mobile device
  • switching off the light with a mobile device
  • switching on a scene by the F1801 motion sensor (triggered by motion detection, depending on the time of day).
The control of the strip is achieved by using the touch screen of a smartphone or other mobile device (the circuits can also be controlled by wall push-buttons).

Project description:
  • Control with wall push-buttons:
    • to turn on the light (selecting the first lighting scene), press the first push-button once
    • each subsequent pressing of the push-button selects next lighting scene (in a loop)
    • to turn off the light, press the second push-button
  • Control with the dedicated mobile app:
    • to select and switch on a lighting scene, touch the corresponding button on the screen
    • to switch off the light, touch the button with switch-off icon
    • each state is confirmed by highlighting the corresponding button
  • Control with the motion sensor:
    • when the light is switched off and motion is detected, the control circuit switches on the lighting scene for the current time of day - this is indicated by highlighting the corresponding button
