Miller MSAT-5 Mid-Span Access Tool allows easy access to optical fibers in loose buffer tubes with five diameters, from 1.9 mm to 3.0 mm, without risk of damage.

The locking mechanism protects that the tool remains closed during the entire shaving process, and the handles for pulling the tool allow operation even in difficult conditions.

The cutting of windows in the loose tube of fiber optic cable is a procedure that allows for pulling out the appropriate number of fibers without having to cut the cable and splice all fibers.
