The camera is fully compatible with ULTISYSTEM.
- is a unique solution in the world, allowing to integrate local analog CCTV systems with city surveillance based on wired, wireless, and fiber-optic networks. The data is recorded locally on ULTIMAX DVRs and is accessible (in the scope set by the administrator) through IP network. The operator of the city video surveillance system can watch and record the images from analog, IP, and megapixel cameras. The system supports ULTIMAX DVRs and majority of video servers and IP cameras (including megapixel devices) available in the market.

IP camera ACM-1431 from ACTi belongs to the family of devices with integrated IR illuminator. The camera has been equipped with 1/3'' Sony SuperHAD CCD with 540 TVL horizontal resolution. It allows to use 720 x 576 frame size (PAL format); MPEG-4 SP compression ensures transmission and recording of quality video material with moderate bandwidth requirements. The lens with variable focal length enables the installer to set optimum angle of view.
High efficiency of compression enables the user to get full smoothness of transmission (PAL: 25fps) even at maximum resolution. The camera has also been equipped with two-directional audio channel, based on PCM compression.
PoE function (Power over Ethernet) allows powering of the camera via the same UTP/FTP cable which is used for data transmission. It makes easier to build the CCTV system.
Configuration, operation and management of ACTi cameras has been well thought out. For systems having not more than 16 cameras the manufacturer provides free software pack "Streaming Activator", ensuring full control over monitoring system. There is also available server-client application, subject to the specific needs of the user. The producer ensures access to Software Development Kit which is the base for writing user's own utility programs.
