The transcoder SED-3320 from ACTi receives MPEG-4 stream from the source device (IP camera, ACTi video server) and decodes it (in real time) into high-quality analog video signal. This conversion allows utilization of existing CCTV systems (analog monitors and recorders) within systems based on IP protocol developed by ACTi Corp.
Additional functions of SED-3320 include bidirectional audio transmission in the network and capability of sequential displaying up to 16 images from ACTi devices.
