Details

The OD-003 optical node is a device designed to convert optical signals into electrical signals. Due to its small dimensions, modern design and parameters, the OD-003 is intended for FTTH subscriber installations. The device is used together with the transmitter from the MOS-211x series ( R81720, R81720B ) to build a single-mode optical fibre link. Thus, it is possible to transmit a signal over the entire TV band ( extended output band up to 1002 MHz) using optical fibre and PON (Passive Optical Network) technology.
The optical receiver features high sensitivity (-10...-3 dBm), thus it can be used at the end of comparatively long optical links. The maximum RF output level of 80 dBuV is suitable for distribution of the channels via passive components throughout an apartment, office or one-family house.
