Details
The MX-062 R82006 amplifier is mounted on the antenna mast, near the antenna set. Its primary task is to increase the signal to such a level that reception is possible on several or more receivers. The Terra MX-062 R82006 mast amplifier is a device designed for individual installations or small community installations with a dozen or so outlets, e.g. in single-family houses. The amplifier has 1 FM+VHF input and 2 UHF inputs. The amplification in the FM+VHF band is 30 dB, while in the entire UHF band it is 34 dB.
The amplifier has an On/Off switch to send 12 V and a maximum current of 60 mA to the antenna preamplifier. The maximum signal output level is 105 dBuV (IMD3=60 dB, DIN45004B), allowing the signal to be safely distributed to a dozen outlets.
Due to its 12 V power supply, the MX-062 R82006 amplifier can be powered from a typical power supply with a 12 V/100 mA separator. It is also possible to supply power from amplifiers feeding power over the coaxial cable. The MX-062 R82006 amplifier is characterised by a low noise level. Please note that when using additional preamplifiers, check that the total current consumption does not exceed the maximum capacity of the power supply.
