The camera has been equipped with Super HAD image sensor from Sony. The 3.6 mm lens ensures wide viewing angle ca. 67º. Due to high quality Super HAD sensor, it is still possible to distinguish small objects.
Housing of the camera is made of metal. It may be mounted on a ceiling or wall, without turning the image by 90º. The camera module is placed in a ball, which, thanks to special joint, allows all directional movement.
In the hermetic housing there is placed diode IR illuminator controlled by dusk sensor. Its range, according to manufacturer 15m, may be considerably shorter in the case of specific weather conditions (rain, fog etc.). The camera is well prepared for day (good rendering of colors) and night (IR lighting) observations, in any weather conditions (IP67).
Due to possible problems with watertightness, the manufacturer does not anticipate change of the original lens. In case there is a need of using lens with larger focal length, it is better to use e.g. the camera n-cam 115, code M11234 (with much more powerful IR illuminator) or a camera enabling choice of lens.
