The SDIP-12-121 is a gigabit PoE adapter with an integrated voltage-reducing inverter. It allows devices with a nominal voltage of 12 V to be powered with PoE 802.3af.
The primary use of the adapter is to power devices such as cameras, door stations with door openers and other receivers requiring 12 V power.
The SDIP-12-121 acts as a PoE splitter and is fully compatible with 802.3af-compliant switches. It should be noted that the device does not pass PoE power to the RJ45 output.
