Details
In selected locations, redundant power supply systems are used to ensure power supply reliability. This involves providing a second, independent power source that activates when the primary source fails.
The UP413 R82533 power supply generates a 12 VDC current to power devices dedicated for the reception and processing of TV signals: channel and multiband amplifiers, headends using TERRA's transmodulators, and TERRA's IPTV system. When two units are used, the failure of one will not affect the operation of the entire system: the power supply will be instantly and automatically switched to the other power source.
The Terra system solution for collective terrestrial TV installations includes:
