Acumax AML 7-12 batteries use cutting-edge AGM technology, where the electrolyte is absorbed in highly porous fiber glass separators placed between the plates. This eliminates the risk of leakage and allows the batteries to work in any position. They have a self-resealing pressure relief valve (VRLA), which prevents the buildup of excessive pressure in the cell. With an estimated lifetime of 10-12 years, the AML series is designed to ensure emergency power supply in applications that require a long battery lifecycle.
Applications: uninterruptible power supplies, telecom power supply systems, telecommunication PABX, power stations, fire and security systems, solar powered systems, emergency lighting systems, cable TV, yachts, boats, golf carts, wheelchairs, mobile devices, measuring tools, medical equipment.
The battery has a 3-year warranty period, extendable up to 5 years (at 10% higher battery price).
The battery can be used for buffer duty (charging voltage at 25oC: 13.65 ± 0.15 VDC) and as a power supply for portable devices, recharged at regular intervals (charging voltage at 25oC: 14.7 ± 0.3 VDC).
