Holder for Sendun SD-9+ splicing machine. Allows the splicing of SOC (Splice On Connecor) type connectors.
Splice On Connectors allows a cable with a diameter of 3 mm to be terminated directly with a plug. This makes it possible to bypass the element typical of standard optical fibre connections - the box or switch responsible for securing the splice point of the cable fibre with the pigtail fibre.
