Details
The taps are used in multiswitch installations to separate the signal from the multiswitch bus. The trunk line with signal from one Quatro LNB consists of four wires. In addition, the tapping device also separates terrestrial TV signals. The tap has a DC-transition switch which, when set to the "ON" position, passes DC voltage through the "H" paths both in the tap and in the pass-through. When set in the "OFF" position, it passes DC voltage only to the branch circuit.
The die-cast housing provides high screening efficiency by preventing the penetration of interfering signals to the unit.
