The modulator is designed for use in small antenna installations e.g. in one-family houses. The device is compliant with G standard (5.5 MHz sound subcarrier). It implements digital selection of working channel, from 21 to 69 (the number is displayed). Signal Digital Classic RF modulator has loopthrough both for baseband signals (SCART - SCART), and for RF (2 x IEC). The first feature allows for easy connection to AV devices using SCARTs without bothering that there is not another free SCART available.

In Dipol's Lab we have carried out comparative measurements of the modulator Signal Digital Classic R95175, and another one, of a brand from the market. The pictures below show the results that have been seen on a spectrum analyzer's screen. On the left from the dotted line you can see spectral lines of modulated signals. On the right from the dotted line there are seen unwanted harmonics of the useful signal. The modulator Signal Digital Classic R95175 generates them at considerably lower level, so that inserts lower distortions that might interfere with other channels.
