The router TP-Link TD-W8910G has been designed for sharing Internet connection provided by ADSL technology. It has built-in ADSL modem compatible with ADSL/ADSL2/ADSL2+ (Annex A), IEEE802.11b/g Access Point and 4-port switch. The WAN port (RJ11) connects directly with telephone line.
TP-Link TD-W8910G provides many protective measures:
  • SSID broadcast disable function, limiting the stations to those which use the unique identifier
  • 64/128/152-bit WEP, WPA/WPA2, WPA-PSK/WPA2-PSK and TKIP/AES encryption.
The distinctive feature of the TD-W8910G wireless router is implementation of "eXtended Range" technology developed by TP-LINK company. EXtended Range allows for 2 - 3 times (802.11b) or even 4 - 9 times (802.11g) greater range of operation in comparison with similar regular devices, ensuring full compatibility with these standards.
TD-W8910G ensures advanced access control and NAT, its DHCP server supports static assignment of IP addresses. It also enables supporting virtual servers, DMZ zone, remote logging and management.
Additional advantages of the device are easy configuration and management, via any Internet browser, as well as stable work.
